This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information (as defined below) collected by NYC Ferry Operated by Hornblower websites.

This Privacy Policy was last revised on March 27, 2017. NYC Ferry reserves the right to change, modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. When the Privacy Policy is changed, modified and/or amended, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the NYC Ferry websites. Any revised Privacy Policy will only apply prospectively to Personal Information collected or modified after the effective date of the revised policy.
