NYC Ferry Midtown Shuttle Bus to Cease Operations on April 1, 2024

Dear NYC Ferry rider,

NYC Ferry’s Midtown Shuttle Bus serving the East 34th Street landing is being discontinued. The last day of operation for the shuttle bus will be Friday, March 29th.

While ferry ridership broke records in 2023 and is currently at 110% of pre-pandemic numbers, shuttle bus ridership has not rebounded and currently carries less than half the riders we saw before COVID.

Riders are encouraged to visit mta.info for nearby MTA NYC Transit bus alternatives including the M34-SBS and M15. NYC Ferry tickets are not valid for travel on MTA services.
