As of June 1, 2026, parking on Pier 4 adjacent to the Sunset Park/Brooklyn Army Terminal landing may require payment depending on your length of park or day of week. This process is managed by parking lot operator, ProPark, and not NYC Ferry.

Pier 4 parking rates will include a 25% discount on weekdays for ferry riders from this location using the promo code “Ferry,” as well as a special weekend day rate. Parking will be available from 6 AM-11 PM, daily.

ProPark will also be making upgrades to Pier 4, including paving, restriping, and enhanced lighting to create a safer and more convenient parking experience.
