Photoville is Hosting Free Educational Student Programs! Cruise With Your Students on NYC Ferry's East River or South Brooklyn Routes to Photoville!

Photoville will host two education programs designed for NYC area teens and educators. Education Day is a one-day field trip for middle school and high school students. Teacher Professional Development Day is a one-day program for educators interested in incorporating photography into their classroom. Both programs are free, though space is limited.

 

Take NYC Ferry’s East River or South Brooklyn route to Brooklyn Bridge Park in DUMBO beneath the majestic span of the Brooklyn Bridge. Experience a space transformed into an immersive photography village populated by 90+ shipping containers repurposed into galleries.

School Day Session: 10AM-1:30PM
After-School Session: 4PM-6PM

Who – NYC Area Students (middle and high school age). We welcome school groups, community groups, and extracurricular youth programs. Priority will be given to NYC Area public school groups.

What – Students will experience an inside look into this unique pop-up photo destination, learn from professional artists, and connect with youth photographers.

Cost – Completely free to attend! You are responsible for transportation to Photoville and making sure your students bring a bag lunch.
