2019 Rockaway Bike Parade

Join the Rockaway Waterfront Alliance for the 9th Annual Rockaway Bike Parade to promote human-powered transportation! Take NYC Ferry’s Rockaway ferry to Rockaway and hop onboard the free Rockaway East Shuttle Bus to 58th St to join others as they walk, dance and bike their way along the Rockaway Boardwalk. All are encouraged to join: individuals, school groups, and organizations to join in the festivities.

The parade will depart at 2 PM from 58-03 Rockaway Beach Blvd and end at the B17th Concessions. Come early and enjoy free activities and resources during our Weekend Walks event from 10 AM – 2 PM!

This event is FREE. Anyone participating in the bike parade is required to sign in at the beginning of the parade. Children under 14 must have a parent or guardian present with them and to sign their waiver on the day of the event.
