Travel via NYC Ferry to hear some high-energy rock-in-rock-out music with Stiletta A Cappella. Take NYC Ferry’s Soundview Route to East 90th St to get to Stella & Fly. Stiletta is a New York City-based, all-female a cappella sextet. Their performances combine pop leads, dance beats, and hip-hop choreography. Stiletta has won numerous awards for their performances and recordings, including the National Harmony Sweepstakes Championship in 2016 and the Recorded A Cappella Review Board’s Album of the Year in 2018. Group members boast multiple Off-Broadway and voice-over credits, WAMMY Awards (Washington Area Music) and CARA awards (Contemporary A cappella Recording Awards), original cast recordings for “Memphis” and “Dora the Explorer,” a top rank at the Beatbox World Championships and more than a half-decade of directing the Single Singers at the SingStrong A Cappella Festivals in DC, Chicago and New York. see full bio
